Snow and Ice

In the UK Snow and Ice causes a lot of disruption on the road. We will warn any owners expecting visits about the possibility of delays or cancelations in advance.

We will prioritise animals who are home alone and need a visit.

Some dogs such as elderly, ill, very lean or small dogs are more susceptible to issues relating to cold. We recommend that owners provide jumpers/coats for any dogs that require them. 

If your dog simply hates bad weather, just let us know and we can try to adapt our plans and keep them happy and toasty.

In the very unlikely event that we are stranded, or can’t make it to you, we will call/whatsapp everyone who needs to be informed. Please keep your phone to hand with notifications on.
