We're insured by Pet Business Insurance, which provides business, employer, and Public Liability Insurance, and other operating insurances such as key insurance.

Data and Website

 

We collect data as a matter of course of our work, any personal data we collect is used for internal record keeping and not shared with third parties, unless it is required as part of a legal requirement or to safeguard animals or people. We comply with GDPR, our policy can be found here.  

 

Media 

 

Photos and videos are used to showcase our work, the client has the right to decline permissions for their pet's inclusions on any website, or social media posts. Please state this in writing to contact@greenpawsandclaws.co.uk

 

Weather 

 

Green Paws and Claws operates several 'Severe Weather Policies', all of which, can be read by clicking on their respective links. High Winds & Storms, Snow & Ice, Heatwave. This is to keep everyone safe, in the event of severe weather, we prioritise animals that are left alone for long periods or need feeding or medications. We will also try to liaise with all owners to work out a plan of action. Most communication is done via whatsapp, but please do check texts, emails, and app messages. That's it!
